SA Kids Deserve More Support to Stay in Sport

Uniforms, fees, and equipment costs are climbing every season – and for many families, $100 just isn’t enough. That’s why I fought to double the sports vouchers and broaden their scope. But I’m not stopping there.

Teenagers often face even higher costs to stay involved in the sports they love, and with new social media bans coming into play, we need to make sure they’re supported too. Other states have stepped up with greater assistance, yet our State Government remains silent. It’s time for South Australia to lift its game.

Every young person deserves the chance to get on the field, onto the court, or into the pool – regardless of their family’s budget.
